The
Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation is funded by proceeds from special events,
grants, endowments, donations and allocations of hotel/motel tax revenues from
the city.
The annual
Texas City Art Festival is held in the spring and features an evening of art,
refreshments and entertainment. The annual New Year's Eve gala is another event
sponsored by the Foundation.
