Texas City is fortunate to have Mainland Medical Center, a 226 bed acute care facility with 90 percent private patient rooms. The center's 725 member staff and more than 200 physicians provide quality, compassionate care with state-of-the-art services. Mainland Medical Center is a full service medical center with specialties in Wound Care and Hyperbarics medicine, Cardiovascular medicine, Chest Care medicine (one of 18 nationally accredited), Senior Mental Health services, and others.
