The Contractors Safety Council of Texas City (CSC/TC) was chartered as a nonprofit corporation on June 25, 1987, and was funded by the six major industries on March 1, 1988. The CSC/TC is established as a nonprofit corporation and is driven by the requests of owner and contractor members. The products and services of CSC/TC are designed to provide value to the entities it serves. The Mission of CSC/TC is to advance the safety, health and security of workers in the communities it serves. It provides an array of courses including OSHA, ARSC, and site specific courses. An industry can arrange for specific training on a particular piece of equipment or obtain general training such as scaffolding safety.
