Public Education - The Public Education seeks to reduce fire losses (i.e. lives and property) from the dangers of accidental fire through fire prevention and fire response procedures education.

Life Safety - Inspectors prepare, conduct and do follow-up inspections on public occupancies and have particular expertise in inspections and code enforcement.
