| Pavilion and Shelters Policies |
- Use of pavilions and shelters are subject to Department Center policies.
- Reservations are made at the Department Administrative Office in the Doyle Convention Center. A reservation application form will be provided.
- No keys will be issued. On-duty employees will turn power on and off.
- Organized religious groups are to be considered as non-profit organizations so long as no collections are made.
- Furnishings to be the total responsiblity of user.
- Rotary Pavilion curfew - 10 p.m.; Other curfews - 9 p.m.
- Users are responsible for liter and general cleanup/
- No vehicles or class containers allowed. All BBQ pits must have drip pans.
- Pavilions are not available on dates reserved for Recreation & Tourism Department programs and activities.
- Bands and/or music must meet police department guidelines for acceptable noise levels in city limits.
- No abousive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language is allowed to be used or broadcast in this public facility. Violators will be charged with disorderly conduct and fined up to $500.
- No alcholic beverages allowed.
