If you have a complaint against a City of Texas City police officer, please print out this form, fill it out and submit it to the Texas City Police Department.

You may email it to the Chief's Office or mail it to TCPD/Internal Affairs 1004 9th Ave. N., Texas City, TX 77590. It can also be dropped off at the front desk in the lobby of Texas City Police Department.
