AEROBIC GUIDELINES

AEROBIC CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aqua Fitness: Get a great workout without the added stress to your joints and help improve agility, flexibility and endurance. This workout in the water consists of cardio work and toning aided by the use of noodles and buoys. All levels of fitness are welcome; you may go at the rate you prefer. Water is 4 to 5 feet deep, swimming experience is not needed.

Aqua Pilates: Aqua Pilates is a challenging way to strengthen, tone and improve posture awareness and balance. The aquatic setting minimizes stress on the joints, resulting in an effective combination of exercise and physiotherapy.

FuzeCRAZE: Fusing together a variety of international dance styles and rhythms, FuzeCRAZE offers a new empowering and motivational aerobic experience that will have participants moving and shaking off the pounds.

Harrell Jackson's Fitness Fusion: The fitness guru has done it again with this eclectic total body, fat burning, multi-level workout system. This system offers various styles of aerobic/fitness dance including but not limited to Hip Hop, Salsa, Flamingo and Africana grooves from around the world with a fusion of mind stimulating music and moves. The highly energetic and innovative workout also incorporates cardio kickboxing, toning, core and balance training. This workout is fun, challenging, yet exciting.

Harrell Jackson's Heavenly Bodies Ultimate Fitness Training Camp: This camp, under the direction of a National Aerobic Champion "Harrell Jackson," is designed to burn fat, firm, trim and tone your body while burning tons of calories. It provides you the opportunity to experience cross training at its best from one of the best in the world. Workouts are highly creative and incorporate a variety of proven techniques and drills that optimally work on conditioning your mind and body. There is also special emphasis on proper form, technique and body alignment. This camp is a “blast” and is for men, women, and children (ages 8 and up) of all levels.

Harrell Jackson's Quick Sculpt: This workout is quick, simple, effective, and for people on-the-go. Strengthen, shape, and tone your muscles without the same old boring routines in just 30 minutes.

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Motion: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Slow and Easy: Exercise with great music and get fit through a movement and coordination concentrated class! Have fun while building cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscular strength with low impact toning exercise.

Spin & Trim: Intense aerobic workout completed on a stationary bike, aided by motivational music and upbeat instructors. Controlled at your own preferred pace and tension, Spinning tones your muscles, works your heart rate, endurance, as well as burning serious calories.

Yoga/Pilates: A calm and relaxing form of exercise that combines the flowing movements of Yoga and Pilates to improve flexibility, strengthen core, and increase muscular strength.

Zumba: This form of exercise combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. Zumba is a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and mind. This exercise is a fusion of Latin and International music to create high energy workout place for every one of all ages to enjoy! "Ditch the Workout … and Join the Party."
