Reservations can be made for the Lynn Ray Ellison Room located at Sanders Center. The Rose Room is the permanent location for the Texas City Headstart Program. The Lynn Ray Ellison Room can accommodate up to 150 people. Deposits are returned if no damage has occurred to rooms or city property. Renters will be billed for any damages exceeding initial deposit.
